Venezuela offers oil field Boyaca II to Petrocaribe

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez offered on Friday the oil field Boyaca II, one of the four areas of the Orinoco oil strip, to the 18-country energy alliance Petrocaribe for exploitation.

Chavez made the announcement during the 6th Petrocaribe Summit held in Basseterre, capital of Saint Christopher and Nevis, local media reported.
